Plot
Men and women live in a giant underground silo with few rules that they believe are in place to protect them from the toxic and broken world above. Whether it’s exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are what science fiction is all about. The first season covers the first 30 chapters of the book "Wave" — The book has 82 chapters. The floor fans in several episodes spin in the wrong direction as far as the orientation of the blades.

Featured on WatchMojo: Top 10 TV Shows of 2023 You Should Be Drinking (2023). Something jumped out from the beginning. The sound of the actors’ voices are very clear. My compliments to the sound staff, it’s a bit of a miracle.
It’s rare to hear actors’ voices with such delicious clarity
I very often have trouble hearing what the actors are saying in shows and movies. Maybe it has something to do with the acoustics of the silo? But I don’t think so, I think that’s due to the excellent work done by the film’s sound engineers in recording and editing the actors’ voices. It’s almost like hearing actors’ voices in a theatre, it’s so beautiful.
I really enjoyed it
I’m a few episodes into Silo now and I’m enjoying the acting and the story. There are some well-drawn characters and some of the story and operational details of the silo are gradually revealed. I’m not sure where it’s all going yet, but it’s certainly keeping me busy. I’ve already finished the first series.

There’s a significant element of the ending that is identical to a reveal in a film. To avoid spoilers I won’t say the name of the film, but I’m sure others will know who I’m referring to if they’ve seen it. It didn’t detract from my enjoyment of Silo, and in any case I’m not sure who first had the idea, as I don’t know when the book Silo is based on was written. New season of "Siloza" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
