I’ve been single for nine months — my last relationship lasted for four months and it’s been eight years since my last serious relationship.I was using the apps for a while, but it’s difficult to maintain communication on them. That’s why I decided to come off them and meet someone in real life.

Yes, Robert is cabin crew for a low-cost airline and works out of the Canary Islands where he enjoys hiking in the mountains.I’ve lived abroad, too, in Asia for seven years, and we were able to compare notes on volcanoes we’ve visited. We both have a YouTube channel — mine is on education and Robert’s is dedicated to music — but his is more professional, so he was able to advise me on equipment to try out.

While I was waiting for Robert, two guys at the next table began chatting to me.I briefly discussed my upcoming blind date and all three of us then had our eye on the door to see who would turn up.

No. I don’t make up my mind straight away, but when we met I didn’t feel that attracted to him.A shared sense of humour is important. Although we laughed at points, he didn’t crack me up, but I didn’t make him laugh either.
See him again?
Robert is cabin crew but our date didn’t exactly take off
No, but we’re in touch and we have spoken about our YouTube channels.Robert had asked for my number and I was happy to give it to him.
What do you think he thought of you?
That I’m quite nice? I thought he was lovely, too, but while we got on, there wasn’t enough common interest or attraction there.At the end, we walked to the station together and hugged goodbye.

No, as cabin crew it’s part of my job to keep people calm — I’m a nice guy on the ground as well as in the air.

Shabana was at our table first, and while we didn’t hug she was very friendly.She has a huge, beautiful smile and was wearing a colourful dress with flowers on. She’s an attractive woman with brown eyes and overall is very cute.

Yes, I wasn’t that interested in looking at the menu, I preferred to talk to Shabana.We both had an Asian salad to start. Shabana said it was called something bang, bang? It was delicious.
We focused on what we do outside of work, Webcam Sex we both enjoy hiking. Shabana is an English language teacher and obviously very good at what she does.I could tell she has a good heart. I was surprised about two things: she’s lived in Thailand and also has a YouTube channel (like me).

I don’t know about that.Sometimes I felt she looked at me in a certain way and I thought ‘oh!’ But I’m realistic and have rationalised the whole experience as making a new friend.
