The process of watching seeds grow is a wonderful activity for children and parents, particularly when seeds grow quickly. You will require:
Alfalfa seeds in a packet (about 1.5g)
A small plate or saucer
Three pieces of paper towel
A spray mister or small water container
How to grow:
Lay 3 sheets of towel on a plate.
